✶ Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck ✶
Hey, could you recommend some not irritating vampire movies or books? I think Vampires are my favorite mythical creatures - you know: pale white, ice cold skin, fangs, stopping in time, mysterious personality, aristocrat clothing etc. But unfortunately everything I've watched or read about them was so painfully stupid and tiring, haha. Never mind. When I saw this vampire-lips printed top, I already knew that it must be mine ♥ Hmm, now I'm thinking about it, and PARDON ME, I forgot about
"The Fearless Vampire Killers" with ravishing Sharon Tate - it's a cool movie :)
PS. Welcome home, Miss Autumn! I wanted to say "thank you for yummy hazelnuts in my garden"
but I've just found an awful worm in one of them, how disgusting! So.. just welcome, and please,
be more careful with apples and pears, OK?
Outfit details: Romwe t-shirt, Mohito skirt and Core heels

Lovely girl! These photos are gorgeous <3 :)
ReplyDeletethis is so beautiful, I love it
ReplyDeleteDid you know that there's also a musical based on 'The Fearless Vampire Killers' :) I would recommend it (only it's in German, but there is a version with English subtitles on Youtube) and it's called 'Tanz der Vampiren'. And what about 'Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles'? Have you seen it? Such a classic with a great cast ;)
ReplyDeleteyou're such a pretty girl. i love your style.

Bram Stoker's Dracula (Francis Ford Coppola), Once Bitten, Interview With the Vampire, the Hellsing TV series and the two Vampire Hunter D Movies.
ReplyDeleteAwsome outfit and hair! I havent read any vampire boks sorry :)
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit :) Have you read the Sookie Stackhouse books? They are a bit silly but really good! I also bought a series of books I haven't got around to reading yet which is vampire based it is the Parasol Protectorate series by Gail Carriger, it starts with 'Soulless' maybe have a look at those?
ReplyDeleteoh yeah, and Let The Right One In. that one's very dark. And also apparently Blood The Last Vampire (the anime) is great, but I haven't had a chance to see it. Shadow of the Vampire is a fantasised story about making the movie Nosferatu but noone knows he is a vampire. These ones are more creepy, less character based like the first ones I listed were. Others include The Lost Boys but that is pretty cheesy and the end is a bit blah.
ReplyDeleteThere was also a movie called Blood For Dracula made in Andy Warhols' studio (but not by Warhol) but that one is also pretty bad. The first Blade movie is good if you don't mind movies about vampires being slain.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love everything about this look--I'd wear it in a heartbeat.
ReplyDeleteSunshine by Robin McKinley is my favourite vampire book ever. I highly recommend her other books as well, she rewrites fairy tales beautifully.
ReplyDeleteI'd recommend 'Nosferatu Phantom der Nacht' from director Werner Herzog! It's a very beautiful movie and very... eerie. I made a blogpost about it some time ago (http://dialvforvintage.blogspot.com/2010/10/horror-of-october-nosferatu-phantom-der.html), maybe you'll like it! Or 'The Hunger', it's about a female vampire living in New York! :)
