Yes, I've been trying since yesterday to add this post. But honestly, my mind is totally blank if it comes to any kind of virtual extroversion. Hi superstars! I'm back to the world of the rainbow and happiness and sugar again! Thank you for your reassurance and kindness ♥ As you see, there's a little change in my haircut. Well, this is why I'm afraid of hairdressers - their vision of me is totally different than mine own, and they always follow their hearts. But OK, it's kinda funny to see in the mirror something so stupid like my fringe, haha.
At last, it's only hair. It grows back. Two weeks and it should be allright, right? I hope so...

Hm, sometimes you ask me how I style my hair like this. Well, this is ridiculously simple, but I think it may require a little practice to get the desired effect - I needed some time to master it well.
So, you'll need a bristle brush, a hair clip (or some bobby pins), and a hairspray. A lot of hairspray.

1. Divide your front hair into two sections

2. And tease it with a brush, till it's...

3. MESSY! Grab it up

4. Use a brush to smooth the top layer, and to gather sections together

5. And now just twist it and push it up, to form a bump

6. Secure it with a clip or bobby pins

7. Finish with hairspray and that's it! :)

Hello from the bed! Oh my, today I had a dinner with my grandparents, and there are so many stuff in my stomach now (love you too, grandma!). It's because of my today's name-day (hi, I'm Marlenka), and my next week's birthday. Well, now I'm sitting in the bed, looking at and enjoying my birthday gifts. A blooming mini orchid in a tiny flower pot, two pairs of lovely lovely over the knee socks with snowflake embroidery (haha, does your grandparents LOVE to give you socks or gloves too?)
And a perfect zebra print bedding set! I love it. It makes me thinking about me and M. and our new own home with temporary furniture and a big air bed with this bedding ♥

Hi, I guess it's time for a new post. And because I'm a little bit sick today, it will be a yum yum post! Just a little tutorial how to make mini apple tarts. Uhh, believe me, these are excellent when they're warm. The best best best autumnal dessert for me ♥ Haha, did I ever mention that I'm a sucker, a total sucker for all cakes and cookies? :) OK, let's do this!

Recipe for a dough (yields 12 pies): 30dag of flour, 15dag of butter, 10dag of sugar, 2 egg yolks.
+ 3 apples, some powdered sugar and cinnamon.

1. Make apples be naked, and grate them on grater.

2. Grease the molds.

3. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out. Then use the molds to cut and shape it.

Like this, la la ♪

OK, so put the dough into the molds, but not all of it!

4. Fill the dough with the apples and add some cinnamon.

5. Make little strips of the remaining dough and put them on top of the apples.

6. Now send them to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown (180'C)

7. Add some powdered sugar and ta-dah! You're a perfect housewife! ♥

Hm, it seems like Mommy Nature is going through menopause, it's so hard to understand her this year, right? But late summer in Poland is surprisingly sunny and warm, and I'm feeling so cheerful!
Late summer is my favourite season of the year I think. Late summer is so understanding, nothing is too infantile, nothing deserve the disdain in the late summer, everything we dream about is correct :)

Hey, I wanted to show you what I do with my hair, if I have no time to curl them.
It's super easy and super quick - it takes less than 5 minutes :)

Hm, looking at these pictures, I realized that it looks like a french croissant, cool!

Firstly, I make my hair messy with a brush.

Then I put them in a high ponytail. I grab the end of my ponytail and...

...wrap it around my fingers. I roll roll roll my hair...

...into something like this, and secure it with bobby pins.

I grab both ends of the roll, and pull them down. Doesn't it look like a croissant? ;)

OK, I use some hairspray, and add something pretty, like a little princess crown
(yay, if you're a brunette, you could look like Holly Golightly!)

Or some hawaiian flowers, or a headscarf, and that's it! Easy as pie, right? :)

Haha, I had a first dream about my blog last night! It was a really nice trip. In one week I experienced every type of weather, and only two days was sunny and warm. But you know what? My only problem was that I met way too many malcontents.

Guys, this is Northern Europe, so if you need a hot, turquoise water like in a movie, why don't you just go on vacation to a hot place? OK, I had some spare time today, so as I promised I tried to make a little hair tutorial. But damn, it was way harder than I thought it would be! Doing hair + operating a camera at the same time = complete failure. Everything was going wrong after first picture again, haha! So I'm somewhat unsatisfied, I imagined this post looks better and wanted my tutorial much clearer, I'm sorry! ✿

And one more challenge now: god, how to describe it correctly in English?! haha

It's really funny, but time to get the point!

You will need some bobby pins, a strong hairspray...

And hot curlers - mine are a bit old fashioned ;)

But work pretty well! I roll my hair, leave for 30/40 minutes and take curlers out.

1. Start on one side. Separate the front strand of hair and twist loosely away from your face to get a shape like this. Secure it with a bobby pin.

2. Repeat it on the other side

It has to look like this.

3. Then take the rest of the hair from underside

4. And pin it loosely to the back.

5. The back looks like this. Now add some more bobby pins...

6. And Voila!

7. Second option: go back to steps 3 and 4, and repeat it on the other side.

8. Roll the rest of the hair from the backside together, secure with a couple of bobby pins

10. Spritz with some hairspray...

11. And you're ready! (for the floor)

OK, As you see I'm a hopeless instructor, but I hope it doesn't became more difficult for you now ;D

Hi girls! Oh, I'm so glad today! Some time ago I decided to never put on ice things that I should do now. I know, that's a platitude, BUT, the results are surprising! Instead of sitting and worrying that I have so many issues, I just roll up my sleeves and get down to it! I didn't realize that it can be so easy before I started, and suddenly my long, scary to-do list is getting smaller and smaller! Long weeks of fear and only few minutes was needed to overcome it, haha! I'm proud of myself and my mind is so free. I will never postpone things until later (or perhaps never) again!

Well... I will not conceal that I'm not the biggest poetry's fan and connoisseur.

I definitely adore the 20th century prose but if we're talking about the poetry... aside from knowing the poems of Edgar Allan Poe and Sylvia Plath, I'm a complete layman. Some time ago I saw the documentary about the Polish Nobel laureate - Wislawa Szymborska, and she put a spell on me!

She's 88 years old right now, she loves to collect kitschy things and she's the cutest and funniest old lady in the world! I decided to read one of her poetry books, and you know what? I'm completely in love!

The themes of her poems are so charming and innocuous and interesting

A dead beetle lies on the path through the field.

I read it, and marked poems that I like with tiny hearts, and now my book is full of pencil hearts ♥

Hi everyone! Oh, i had sooo tiring day. You know, the exam session is coming and it's so many things to do before it. I'm only dreaming about my bed and any book not related to my academic themes. It's raining outside right now, I'm listening The Raconteurs and I'm currently missing my love. I'm not in the best mood to be honest, but i don't want any sad things on my blog, so I think that's all for today, OK?

Hi girls! Wouldn't you care for something sweet for dinner? If you do, you just have to make an purple omelette with banana! All you need is: two eggs, two tablespoons of flour (more or less, just one spoon for one egg), one cup of whortleberries (not blueberries - they haven't a purple juice), one banana, some light cream and some powdered sugar.

1. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth.

2. Add yolks, flour and blend it. A froth becomes yellow!

3. Add whortleberries and blend it too. A froth is purple, lovely! ♥

4. Pour froth on greased, hot skillet and cook for desired consistency, like an regular omelette.

In the meantime cut a banana into slices.

5. And blend together cream, powdered sugar and dollop of vanilla oil.

6. Now put banana slices on your omelette...

7. Pour a sweet cream on top.

8. And eat it! Yummy! ♥

PS. Be careful when you will flip omelette to the other side! Berries make it less dense than an regular omelette. Lately when I cooked it for my boyfriend and tried to do it perfectly, my omelette fell apart completely and uh.. it looked like a blue zombie, not like a delicious food, haha! I'm sorry once again, M.!

Haha, some of my friends think I never wear them. As you see trousers are not the best option for my body shape. I don't care very much and I have two pairs of skinny jeans anyway. This is one of them.
The shirt is special to me. I got it from my boyfriend four years ago and I'm still loving it, and I think I will wear it till old age, haha! It was a hot afternoon, so I ran without a jacket later :)

Hi mates! Oh, I had planned to show you my today's outfit but I'm sorry... the one moment of hugs with my bunny was enough to the black cotton shirt became a white rabbit fur jacket, haha! Do you know that? Yes, that's the worst aspect of being a pet owner. The only one negative aspect!

Hooray! After a long long quest, I finally found the perfect shorts of my dreams! Really short, really high-waisted acid washed denim shorts. I've searched everywhere for a pair like this one, and finally found it in Bershka. I'm totally in love ♥

And now it's another challenge for me: I start running! Maybe the shorts zipped up easily, but to be honest... it's still a long way to looking really good in them, haha! :D

OK, to start jogging and a little less calorific food will be enough. /Yeah, the weekends with my man, without pizza and crisps and beer and other junk food... really funny... /
Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Today I also bought this simple bikini. I love navy blue and this pattern. And this price - $8!
OK, I'm NEARLY ready for the summer!

Today I had so many things to do, and I had to wake up too early *sleepy*.
I needed a casual outfit, so I chose this denim flounce dress and a short cardigan - there's nothing more comfortable than this, i swear! And my new boots passed an exam too.

I found them in a second hand store a few days ago and bought them for really silly price.
I never buy secondhand shoes, but this pair was quite new, so.. it's mine now! :)

And yes, I confirm that they are made for walking :)

Yeah, the first walking and the heel tips worn out.. Couldn't I walk any slower?
